The vendor will provide a designated Youth Operator Program Coordinator (YOPC). Through the YOPC, the Youth Operator (YO) Program will subcontract with the Think Fast Entertainment Program, or a program of similar content and purpose, to deliver it to up to 15 New Hampshire High schools in each of the 5 years of this contract. The YOPC will work with the Think Fast Interactive team to customize the awareness content to be geared toward NH laws, regulations, and traffic safety awareness. The program should specifically place emphasis on the following driving situations: Underage drinking Drug use Traffic safety Distracted driving Other topics as determined by the NH OHS The Youth Operator Program Coordinator (YOPC) will subcontract with the Matrix Entertainment “Save a Life” Tour program, or a program of similar content and purpose, to deliver it to up to 15 New Hampshire High Schools in each of the 5 years of this contract. The program should specifically place emphasis on the following driving situations: Driver experience- young drivers and driver behavior based on maturity Improper driving behavior-careless driving habits (speeding, turn signal use, etc.) Safety restraints-proper seat belt usage Distracted driving- cell phones, passenger activities Motorcycle- awareness, operation
