The product should include: • Links to other applications or services • Integrates with SAML-based authentication, particularly Azure/Entra SSO • Provisioning processes to allow automated creation of user accounts and assign user roles within the portal • Role based content o General for announcements, tools and links for roles such as faculty, staff, students o More specific would be ideal for departments, groups and even ID based o Can handle multiple roles per person. Example – staff member who is also a student o Provides a way to deliver content or tools to non-authenticated users • Search capability within the application and through external search engines like Google • Ability to handle multiple institutions with specific branding for each institution • Support for targeted content based on campus • Customized experience - users can personalize toolset/content interests and prioritize display order • Ability to assign specific tasks or to-do lists to individuals or groups such as new students or new employees • Multiple roles for administrators, with granular control over capabilities in the portal, to update or manage specific areas for specific USNH institutions • Distributed access for content and notification creation/maintenance • Role and user attribute-based notifications and messaging • Mobile-capable services that can be viewed and used on a phone or tablet device • Optional iOS and Android mobile application for accessing the portal services including Push Notifications
