Specifications include, but are not limited to: upgrades to Pump Station No. 4, Pump Station No. 8, Linderhof Water Storage Tank, and the LBWP SCADA system. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of Pump Station 4 building envelope and installation of new building envelope and HVAC equipment, installation of VFDs and associated wiring and conduit at Pump Station 4, installation of new mixer at Linderhof Tank, installation of a new jockey pump at Pump Station 8 with associated piping, valves, electrical equipment, wiring, and conduit, and a SCADA upgrade at Lower Bartlett Water Precinct facilities including: Wellhouse 1, Wellhouse 2, Pump Station 3, Pump Station 4, Pump Station 5, Pump Station 8, Pump Station 9, Pump Station 10, PRV 3, PRV 6, and the Christmas Mountain PRV. The water system improvements must be constructed while Pump Station 4 remains fully operational.
