The City of Claremont, NH is seeking proposals for the Visitor’s Center Boiler HVAC Upgrade Project. A Prebid walk trough will be held at the Visitors Center Monday 14 North St, Claremont, NH 03743 March 10th at 1:00 pm. We would like prices submitted for this project; work chosen depending on funding availability. We would like the project to be completed by July of 2025. 1. HVAC Upgrade a. Remove current spacepak units, current exterior condensers. b. Supply & install new spacepak units, new exterior condensers, and all the components for a new system. Balance system properly. c. Repair or replace (what cannot be repaired) current ductwork throughout the building. d. 3 Year service agreement for HVAC and Boiler at The Visitors Center. Minimum bi-annual service for units.
