To establish a contract for supplying the City of Nashua with Regular Unleaded Gasoline, and Diesel Fuel, to be ordered as needed during the term of the contract. • Deliveries are typically requested for between 80-6,000 gallons with the exception of fiscal year end (June) when the City may request a few deliveries in the area of 100-1,000 gallons each week. • Deliveries may be made between 7:00 am – 4:00 pm • An authorized City of Nashua employee must sign all delivery slips • The City of Nashua will not be responsible for spillage during deliveries. • On rare occasions, an emergency delivery on the weekend may be required (typically during the winter snow operations). Unleaded Gasoline: The City of Nashua will be requesting a minimum of Regular 87 Octane Unleaded Gasoline with a maximum of 10% Ethanol.
