Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. COMMUNITY INVENTORY/PROFILE - Data inventory and analysis of theexisting conditions of the community, a rational projection of thecommunity in 2015[next 5 years] as well as a population projection to 2030; existingland uses and land use allowed by existing zoning; identification of significant landuse and cultural resources in the city including agricultural uses, historic and culturalsites and buildings, medical, educational, and emergency service facilities;population, demographic and socio-economic information;2. SENIOR NEEDS - A segment addressing the senior citizen population and needs formedical, affordable housing, social networking and volunteer opportunities; safety,and age appropriate recreation forecasted to include facilities and services that need toexist to support them.
