The contractor shall: Transport municipal solid waste and recyclables from SRLD member towns to designated facilities. The SRLD shall determine where individual loads are delivered to. Provide portal-to-portal equipment service, both reactive and preventive, including routine and more extensive maintenance of hauling equipment including compactors, trailers, and roll-off containers. Maintain detailed accounting records and provide monthly billing to the SRLD including: o Accurate weight slips with associated price/rate shall accompany all invoices for reconciliation. Weight slips shall include the date, time (in & out), vendor information, truck number/driver, price per pound/ton, total price, gross weight, tare weight, and net weight.
