Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.2.7.1.Selected Applicant(s) mustdevelop and operate a Transitional Housing Program(s)withresidential and rehabilitative mental health services and supports.1.2.7.2.Selected Applicant(s) must obtain the licenses and certifications to operate a Transitional Housing Program pursuantto Administrative Rules He-P 814, Community Residences at the Residential Care and Supported Residential Care Level, or He-M-1002, Certification Standards for Behavioral Health Community Residences, whichever is applicable. 1.2.7.2.1.Selected Applicant(s) shall provide proof of enrollment to the Departmentwithin thirty (30) days of approval of the contract agreementor through a timeline identified within the Applicant(s) proposaloutlining buildings being newly sought for use and expected licensing timeframes.1.2.7.3.Selected Applicant(s) shall provide a community residential program in accordance with Administrative Rule He-M 1002, which at a minimum shall include:1.2.7.3.1.Assistance and instruction to improve and maintain a client’s skills in basic daily living, personal development, and community activities that shall include, but are not limited to:1.2.7.3.1.1.Personaldecision making;1.2.7.3.1.2.Personal care, budgeting, shopping, and other functional skills; 1.2.7.3.1.3.Household chores and responsibilities;1.2.7.3.1.4.Having relationships with people with and without mental illness;1.2.7.3.1.5.Accessing a wide range of integrated community activities including recreational, vocational, cultural, and other opportunities;1.2.7.3.1.6.Participating in religious services and practices of the client’s choosing; and1.2.7.3.1.7.Choosing and wearing clothing that is neat, clean, in good repair, and appropriate to the season and activity.
