Provider management that includes the ability for State-approved personnel to set up profiles for individual providers sites; establish credentials for individual providers; establish individual credentials for multiple users in a single provider site; associate providers to program Participants; and provide each user type with their own RBAC system restrictions. The State anticipates three (3) to five (5) initial REP providers will be using this system. The selected Vendor’s solution must be scalable to allow for growth. 1.1.1.6.2. Participant management that includes the ability for State-approved providers to register Participants for and provide or revoke Participants access to the Solution; attest to Medicaid eligibility for each Participant; upload, store, and retrieve Participant consent forms; restrict duplication of records; and monitor Participant data; and transfer Participants from one provider to another.
