Contractor Tasks - Objective 1: Preliminary project planning. Tasks 1-4: SWRPC tasks. Task 5: Participate in a project kick-off meeting. Objective 2: Develop a Site-Specific Project Plan (SSPP for the Laurel Lake Watershed Management Plan. Deliverable: A signed SSPP by NHDES that addresses assimilative capacity, watershed load modeling and best management practice (BMP nonpoint source pollution (NPS load reductions. Task 6: Coordinate with SWRPC and the steering committee to develop a SSPP covering all data collection and data manipulation tasks included in this project following NHDES guidance for developing SSPPs; submit the draft SSPP to NHDES for review. Task 7: Address the draft SSPP comments and submit the final document for approval by NHDES. Share the approved and signed SSPP with the full project team. Objective 3: Determine assimilative capacity for each water quality parameter associated with designated use attainment within Laurel Lake. Deliverable: A memo describing the calculation of the current in-lake water quality criteria for TP, and confirmation of the designated use support or non-support for Laurel Lake. Task 8: Gather existing lake and tributary data from the NHDES Environmental Monitoring Database (EMD and Volunteer Lake Assessment Program (VLAP and determine if it is acceptable for use in assimilative capacity analyses. Task 9: Determine the historic and current median Total Phosphorus (TP), Dissolved Oxygen (DO), and Chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) levels for Laurel Lake. Task 10: Calculate assimilative capacity for Laurel Lake and review figure with work group. Task 11: Collaborate with stakeholders to update the existing water quality monitoring program as needed to gather additional data required to inform model inputs...
