Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1. The selected Vendor will provide Technical Assistance to fourteen (14) Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) that make up the New Hampshire RHC Network to ensure the clinics have the necessary tools and resources to effectively and efficiently serve their rural populations. 3.1.2. The selected Vendor will provide communication and educational support to the RHC Network. 3.1.3. The selected Vendor will support the use of POND. 3.1.4. The selected Vendor will develop and conduct a Needs Assessment in order to identify ongoing RHC technical assistance needs. The Needs Assessment will address areas including, but not limited to: 3.1.4.1. Financial and Revenue Cycle: 3.1.4.1.1. Cost report. 3.1.4.1.2. Billing. 3.1.4.1.3. Provider Coding. 3.1.4.1.4. Accounting Systems. 3.1.4.1.5. Financial Policies and Procedures. 3.1.4.1.6. Time keeping for cost reports. 3.1.4.1.7. Reimbursement optimization. 3.1.4.2. Administrative: 3.1.4.2.1. Personnel Policies and Procedures. 3.1.4.2.2. Staffing. 3.1.4.3. Clinical: 3.1.4.3.1. Quality Improvement specific to RHCs. 3.1.4.3.2. RHC Provider Enrollment. 3.1.4.3.3. Chronic care management.
