4.1 Task 1: Project Administration and Management Meet periodically on the project with Project Team members on contract management and general project activities Coordinate with SWRPC on invoices, progress reports and deliverables Assist with HCS Transportation Program transfer activities including plans for asset and staff transitions from HCS to New Transit Provider Assist with New Transit Provider procurement process activities Assist with negotiation and transfer of transportation assets related activities 4.2 Task 2: Maintenance and Operations Planning Technical Assistance Meet on topics relating to plans for future operations and maintenance Assist in informing plans for future operations and maintenance Conduct research and report findings on maintenance- and operations-related matters Help identify maintenance and operations training opportunities for New Transit Provider 4.3 Task 3: Software and Hardware Research & Procurement Technical Assistance Meet on topics relating to microtransit or other transit management software and hardware research and procurement Conduct research and report findings on microtransit or other transit management software and hardware options Assist with procurement process relating to microtransit or other transit management software and hardware options 4.4 Task 4: Governance and Policy Refinement Technical Assistance Meet on topics relating to governance and policy matters Assist in development of governance framework, policies or procedures as needed Conduct research and report findings on governance, policy- and procedure-related matters Assist in development of local match sharing policy and agreements with entities providing local match Assist with organizational development activities 4.5 Task 5: Outreach, Education & Public Relations Technical Assistance* Assist as needed in meeting with MRCC to provide updates and collect feedback on implementation planning activities Assist in developing general awareness about the new transit service and foster local and regional support from public, public sector, private sector and nonprofit sector by attending meetings and/or developing/distributing outreach materials Assist with branding Assist in fostering financial local match arrangements or agreements with prospective partners Arrange for safe pull-off and pull-out areas for future service area with municipal governments, NHDOT and private property owners Help ensure all transit development activities are transparent and involve the general public including vulnerable populations.
