23.1. NHDOC is seeking to establish a Lease Agreement to provide a portable 350 hp natural gas-fired steam boiler. The portable boiler must be capable of connecting to existing piping as shown in photos below, connecting to existing 480 volt three-phase power, and provide an operating pressure of 95-100 psi.” 23.2. The successful Vendor shall provide and include: a. Transportation, delivery and pick up of portable boiler; b. Startup and training of NHDOC staff; c. Loading and unloading; d. Hook up and disassembly; and e. Equipment rental for the period of November 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026; f. Emergency repair services during the rental period, if required. 23.3. The successful Vendor shall provide a contact telephone number or other electronic means of communication available 24/7 for emergencies. 23.4. The successful Vendor shall respond by phone to all emergency service calls within one (1) hour after report of occurrence. The successful Vendor shall provide a physical response to all emergency service calls within four (4) hours after report of occurrence. 23.5. The successful Vendor shall notify NHDOC of any maintenance related issues that are discovered while performing maintenance and/or repair(s). 23.6. The successful Vendor shall secure required permits, schedule inspections and be on site during inspections. Vendor shall ensure that inspections are made by the appropriate State and or local authority having jurisdiction. Vendor will invoice the State for the cost of the permit or inspection fees, at no additional markup. 23.7. Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. 23.8. The successful Vendor shall provide adequate supervision of their employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all installation and services in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. 23.9. The successful Vendor shall comply with pollution and environmental control requirements of authorities having jurisdiction.
