The City of Dover is seeking experienced, multi-disciplinary, full-service, professional consultant engineering firms to provide on-call engineering services on an as-needed basis. Project work will range in size from small to large-scale, with on-call services that may include, but not be limited to, the following: • Engineering investigations, evaluations, and feasibility studies; • Alternatives analysis and conceptual design reports; • Master planning documents for infrastructure systems; • Development, calibration, and maintenance of computer models for water, wastewater, and/or stormwater systems; • Geographical information system (GIS) and/or infrastructure asset management services; • Coordination with utility companies, other city departments, residents, industries, contractors and other consultants; • Preparation of cost estimates; • Coordination with regulatory agencies • Local, state and federal permitting • Identification of funding sources and securing grants
