The Assistant Public Works Director or designee shall contact the Contractor to inform them whenever their services are needed. The Contractor shall be expected to have their personnel, vehicles and equipment deployed in Durham in 60 minutes or less from the time of contact. Inadequate response time shall be grounds for termination of the contract and/or elimination of annual incentive payment. 3. The contractor shall be paid a minimum of 3 hours per call-out. 4. The contractor shall provide all snow plow operators and equipment to properly clear snow and mitigate ice from parking lots, throughways, parking spaces, egress walkways, doorways, steps, handicap ramps, fire doors, and paths for the properties and roads listed above. 5. The quality of workmanship will be to the acceptance and satisfaction of the Assistant Public Works Director or their designee, who will supervise all work hereunder.
