Specifications include, but are not limited to: 29.1. Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. 29.2. Access Control: 29.2.1. New LenelS2 NetBox Access Control 29.2.2. Vendor to provide and install (1) LenelS2 Netbox Access Control Panel with associated power supplies and batteries. Includes (4) associated S2-ACM blades to accommodate up to (8) doors. 29.2.3. Vendor to power system, program to the existing State of New Hampshire security network, and test. 29.3. Access Control Doors: 29.3.1. Vendor to provide and install card reader packages at (7) designated card reader doors. Each card reader to consist of (1) card reader, (1) motion request-to-exit device, and door contact(s). 29.3.2. Others to provide and install electrified locking hardware. Vendor to make final terminations. 29.3.3. State of NH to provide and install new access control composite cabling between each associated door and the access control panel located in the IT Closet. 29.3.4. Vendor to terminate devices, program system, and test full operation. 29.4. Video Surveillance: 29.4.1. New Avigilon Video Management 29.4.2. Vendor to provide and install (1) new Avigilon recording server, rack mounted in the IT Closet. 29.4.3. Vendor to power system, program to the existing State of New Hampshire security network, and test. 29.5. Interior Fixed Dome Cameras: 29.5.1. Vendor to provide and install (10) Avigilon interior fixed dome cameras at designated positions as shown on print. 29.5.2. State of NH to provide and install new CAT6 cabling between each device and a customer-provided network switch located in the IT Closet and terminate. 29.5.3. Vendor to program each camera and test operation. Customer to approve final views. 29.6. Exterior Fixed Dome Cameras: 29.6.1. Vendor to provide and install (4) Avigilon exterior fixed dome cameras at designated positions as shown on print. 29.6.2. State of NH to provide and install new CAT6 cabling between each device and a customer-provided network switch located in the IT Closet and terminate. 29.6.3. Vendor to program each camera and test operation. Customer to approve final views.
