The selected contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to: • Removal and proper disposal of existing sidewalk, curb, and gutter where required. • Reconstruction of approximately 3,600 linear feet of ADA-compliant sidewalk (width per local standards, typically 5 feet minimum). • Construction of new curb ramps, detectable warning surfaces, and transitions at driveways and intersections per ADA guidelines. • Adjustment of utilities (manholes, valve boxes, etc.) to grade as necessary. • Restoration of disturbed areas including landscaping, turf, or pavement. • Coordination with local utility providers and municipal departments. • Traffic control and flagging per [MUTCD] standards. • All permitting and inspections required by local jurisdiction. • Compliance with stormwater, erosion, and sediment control requirements.
