Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Overview: The Cleveland Municipal School District seeks to monitor the goals established in Board Resolution 2001-159(B). The firm(s) selected to assist CMSD in these efforts may be asked to provide the following services with respect to the capital program: • Collect, compile, and analyze information and data with respect to the construction workforce retained by prime contractors contracting with CMSD, and their subcontractors; • Actively engage prime contractors for the purpose of increasing diversity and local participation in their workforce. • Recruit, solicit and otherwise encourage Cleveland-based minority and female owned businesses to submit bids or bid subcontracting opportunities, to perform work on the Project.
