The selected Vendor must provide a broad range of public health support services including, but not limited to: 2.1.1.1. Developing and implementing environmental health-focused training programs. 2.1.1.2. Developing, producing, and printing educational and outreach materials. 2.1.1.3. Developing and implementing educational social media and/or Google advertising campaigns. 2.1.2. Development and Implementation of Environmental Health-focused Training Programs 2.1.2.1. General Requirements 2.1.2.1.1. The selected Vendor must develop public facing materials that are compliant with information and communication technology (ICT) accessibility standards under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, Section 255 of the Communications Act, and CDC recommendations specified in the CDC Health Literacy Guidance and Tools11, as well as any updates issued by the CDC. 2.1.2.1.2. The selected Vendor must consult with the Department’s subject matter experts to develop and/or implement program-specific training for programs described in this RFP as specified below. 2.1.2.1.3. The selected Vendor must ensure all training materials are reviewed and approved by the Department’s subject matter experts.
