● Regular education classrooms for elementary and, possibly, middle/high school, students that meet the class size requirements of Litchfield School District Policy IHB - Class Size ● Unified Arts classrooms and space ○ Physical Education/Gym ○ Library ○ Art ○ Music ○ Digital Learning/Technology ● Special education and related core services (listed below) classrooms and spaces; the Litchfield School District has a special education population of approximately 20% ○ General special education support ○ OT/PT ○ Speech ○ Intervention and tutoring services ○ School Counseling ○ School Nursing ● Administrative and support offices for the elementary administrative team and, possibly, school district office personnel ● Outdoor play areas and recreational facilities for elementary students ● Parking, bus and parent/guardian drop off/pick up zones, and general traffic flow ● Sustainable and energy efficient design elements that are consistent throughout the three school facilities ● Roof replacement and other related work (as needed) ● Exterior structural repairs and replacements (as needed) ● Plant operational components (HVAC, boilers, etc.) that are modern and efficient
