28.1. Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to complete plaster repairs at 18 Park Street in Concord, NH as described herein. 28.2. Vendor shall provide material safety data sheets with the delivery of any and all products covered by RSA 277- A, the “Worker’s Right to Know Act.” 28.3. Create a template of the existing molding and casings. 28.4. Protect all other surfaces, items, furniture, and equipment from dust, dirt, and debris to prevent unnecessary damage. 28.5. Protect adjacent rooms from dust migration. 28.6. Replace damaged sections on all ceilings. New Ceilings shall be as close as possible to the original. 28.7. Installation of new moldings and casings to the areas where the original molding and casings were removed. All new moldings and casings shall match the original throughout the building. 28.8. Paint the new surfaces with a minimum of three coats using Sherwin Williams Pro Mar 200 or approved equal, in color to match the original surfaces. Product substitutions must be approved by the State prior to the award. 28.9. Disposal of material shall be the responsibility of the Vendor and shall be at the Vendor’s expense. 28.10. Clean all applicable surfaces affected by the work at the completion of the project.
