Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Roberts Cove - Basin 48” Culvert Replacement Project will include: Removal and disposal of the existing culvert pipe. (48” Concrete) Replace the existing culvert with a new concrete footing with end walls superstructure, membrane, sealing, curbing, grade adjustment and paving, new galvanized fascia mounted bridge rail, guardrail approach sections, terminal units, and guardrail anchors. Modifications and repairs to the existing concrete structure as necessary to accommodate the new bridgedeck. Bridge must meet or exceed HL-93 Loading Capacity and include Stamped Engineered Drawings and Form-4 Bridge Calculations. Excavation, pavement saw cutting removal and patching to meet existing grades. All existing geometries and alignments shall be maintained, all work shall follow NHDOT’s Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, and all OSHA and environmental regulations shall be followed. All incidentals necessary to complete the project, such as but not limited to; mobilization, insurance (liability and builders risk), traffic control (safety, close road, and detour sign package), erosion control, site restoration, DES Permitting if required, and all other work necessary to complete the project.
