If the awarded vendor’s installation location is outside of the 50-mile radius of said facility the awarded vendor shall be required to come to NH DOT Bureau of Mechanical Services and pick up the truck utilizing a trailer or hauling vehicle to move it to the installation location and return it to Mechanical Services utilizing the same transport method that it was picked up by when completed.
