Perform inspection of all roll-up and overhead doors. 32.4.1.1. Evaluate door for safety concerns. Set doors in constant contact mode, if identified as unsafe. Contact appropriate agency point of contact immediately upon discovery and recommend Lockout/Tagout door. 32.4.1.2. Inspect alignment of rollers. 32.4.1.3. Inspect all bearings. 32.4.1.4. Inspect guides and rails for security and alignment. Guides should be aligned straight up and down with smooth transition to the next guide attached. Guides should all be fastened to wall and rails securely by bolts or welds. 32.4.1.5. Inspect steel counter balance lift cables. Ensure they are securely attached to bottom of door and for indications of fraying of the wire strands or breakage. 32.4.1.6. Inspect condition of cables, belts, and drums and springs. 32.4.1.7. Inspect sprockets 32.4.1.8. Inspect condition of door’s sections and door alignment 32.4.1.9. Inspect limit switch setting 32.4.1.10. Inspect frame mounting security 32.4.1.11. Inspect and test lift disconnect
