The selected Vendor must collaborate with the Department to track the inventory and distribution of overdose prevention and response supplies statewide, as directed by the Department, to community providers, including, but not limited to the Doorways and Regional Public Health Networks. 2.1.2. Inventory Tracking 2.1.2.1. The selected Vendor must receive inventory tracking lists of overdose prevention and response supplies from the Division of Public Health (DPH) warehouse representative and notify the Division for Behavioral Health Services, State Opioid Response (SOR) Team regarding inventory levels so that supplies can be reordered. Overdose prevention and response supplies may include, but are not limited to: 2.1.2.1.1. Naloxone. 2.1.2.1.2. Fentanyl test strips. 2.1.2.1.3. Xylazine test strips. 2.1.2.1.4. Sterile water. 2.1.2.1.5. Educational materials. 2.1.2.1.6. Personal protective equipment, including but not limited to: 2.1.2.1.6.1. Gloves. 2.1.2.1.6.2. Face shields. 2.1.2.1.7. High-visibility pouches used by community providers to distribute overdose prevention and response supplies. 2.1.2.2. The selected Vendor must employ a Just-In-Time inventory tracking strategy to monitor seasonal and other trends in the use of overdose prevention and response supplies to determine when and how many supplies to reorder to prevent supply depletion...
