1. Replace shingle roof on complete historic building complex located at 19 Meetinghouse Hill Road. Sanbornton, NH (Sanbornton’s Old Town Hall) to include: a. Main building. b. Cupola. c. Ledge over front door. d. Two (2) additions on rear of building. 2. Remove the inactive metal chimney and replace underlayment. 3. Remove current shingles off the roof. 4. Check the roof conditions. 5. Add water and ice shield to the eaves, up six (6) feet of the entire building complex. 6. Replace the drip edge around the entire building. a. South side of building: straighten drip edge 7. To remove and replace roof flashing around the entire building. a. Replace any siding that needs to be removed to properly install new flashing b. Repaint any newly installed siding 8. Replacing current shingles with architectural shingles of similar shape, style, and size as the existing ones. 9. Removal of all construction and demolition debris to be removed by contractor a. Waste cannot be brought to the Sanbornton Transfer Station 10. Work schedule to be supplied with your bid 11. Insurance certificates supplied to the Town Administrator before work can begin 12. Materials, Quantity’s Bid Amounts a.
