Belknap County Nursing Home seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide the removal and installation of 3 mini split units. The selected contractor will be responsible for: • Assessment & Removal: o Evaluate the condition of existing mini split systems. o Safely remove and dispose of the existing three (3) mini split units and associated components in accordance with all applicable environmental and safety regulations. • Installation: o Provide and install three (3) new energy-efficient mini split HVAC systems (indoor and outdoor units), suitable for the building’s layout and load requirements. o Ensure new systems are appropriately sized, mounted, and sealed. o Include all required electrical, refrigerant, and condensate line work. o Include new thermostats/controls as needed. o Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and manufacturer installation guidelines. • Testing & Commissioning: o Test all new units for proper operation. o Confirm performance and energy efficiency. o Provide end-user training on new systems. • Warranty: o Provide manufacturer and workmanship warranties. o Specify warranty periods for parts, labor, and systems.
