1. Coordination: Contractor shall meet with the Town to inspect Site grading and preparation to ensure satisfactory pre-mobilization conditions, prior to mobilization. 2. Footing & Foundation Wall Installation: a. Form and pour footings and foundation walls with accurate dimensions and alignment as dictated in the foundation plan, formwork to meet ACI standards; b. Install steel rebar as specified in the foundation plan; and c. Pour and finish concrete with proper curing. Mix design to match specifications outlined in the foundation plan. 3. Inspections: Coordinate inspections by the Town prior to placement of concrete for both the footings/piers and the foundation walls. 4. Cleanup & Site Restoration: Contractor to remove all excess concrete debris and restore Site to pre-construction conditions. 5. Submittals: Contractor shall provide submittals for approval by the Town for materials to be used in conjunction with the execution of work. 6. Contract Timeframe: The selected Contractor shall plan to complete all foundation installation work within 60 calendar days of Notice to Proceed, unless otherwise directed by the Town.
