A. Goal of this procurement/Business needs: The NH Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services (DMAVS) has Readiness Centers and Field Maintenance Shops throughout the state. Sites in DMAVS real property inventory include but are not limited to: The State Military Reservation (SMR) in Concord; The Edward Cross Training Complex (ECTC) in Pembroke, and the New Hampshire National Guard Training Site (NHNGTS) in Center Strafford. DMAVS is in the process of updating an Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP) that covers the SMR, ECTC and NHNGTS, sites with significant natural resources and requiring INRMP development in accordance with the Sikes Act. DMAVS and the New Hampshire Army National Guard (NHARNG) are investigating other properties for acquisition and considered for the construction of future NHARNG facilities that may need natural resources services performed.
