Specifications include, but are not limited to: The OTS requests proposals from agencies interested in completing the following scope of work. The Native American liaison agency will be responsible to: Provide technical assistance to OTS staff concerning effective means of working with tribes. Assist OTS staff to carry out relationships with the tribes on a government-to-government basis; Serve as an advocate, resource & communication link between the OTS & North Dakota's Native American reservations of Standing Rock, Spirit Lake Nation, Fort Berthold and Turtle Mountain, to advance traffic safety programs on each reservation; Develop relationships & coordinate between traffic safety partners on each reservation.
