Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment to remove any motor vehicle, so ordered towed,from the City streets, City owned property, and privately owned property with the consent of property owner to astorage place. The Contractor shall have a place of business within ten (10) miles of Nashua and in the state ofNew Hampshire and must be able to reach any location in Nashua within thirty (30) minutes. The City shall alsobe provided with names and addresses of all entities that have ownership of equity of interest in the Contractor.The City at its sole discretion may waive this requirement.The place of business for the towing service shall maintain a posted secured fenced in and illuminated impoundarea, preferably within city limits and within state of New Hampshire, excluding snow removal tows, and shall besolely responsible for such vehicles when in storage at one of its facilities, or while being towed. Such impoundarea must be completely enclosed by such a design that a person would reasonably believe that entering into theenclosed area would constitute trespassing. Such lots shall be constructed so as to prevent unauthorized personsfrom entering and shall be posted in accordance with NH RSA 635:4 and signage consistent with RSA 635:4.The signage shall specify the name and phone number of the agency responsible for the lot. Such lots shall besubject to inspection by an authorized City representative for compliance with the provisions herein provided.The provisions includes the storage, and any special requirements for that storage, of vehicles or, items designatedby the City, or its agents, as likely to be used as evidence in a judicial action, whether criminal or civil
