E OF SERVICES: The New Hampshire Veterans Home proposes to enter into an agreement with a contractor to provide Mobile Radiology services for all residents within the facility. 1. The Contractor shall provide mobile radiology and diagnostic services upon referral by the resident’s physician, including but not limited to: a. Digital X Ray b. Ultrasound c. Transmission of images to radiologist for interpretation d. Integration with existing Electronic Health Record system ( Point Click Care) or the ability to transmit results to the facility within 24 hours e. On-site radiologic technologist and support staff 2. The contractor shall provide services on a mutually agreed upon schedule, at a minimum of five days per week. 3. The contractor shall meet with NHVH staff as necessary to discuss the quality and appropriateness of services and mutually resolve identified problems. 4. The contractor shall sign in and out upon entering as well as wear a contractor/vendor ID badge. 5. The contractor and its professional and technical staff shall comply with all state and federal licensing requirements and other laws and regulations governing their profession.
