2.1.1. The selected Vendor(s) must: 2.1.1.1. Support the role of integrated health care to help address current MCH priorities and those anticipated in the upcoming 2025 MCH Needs Assessment, which includes, but is not limited to: 2.1.1.1.1. Improving access to needed healthcare services for the MCH Covered Populations; 2.1.1.1.2. Decreasing the misuse of alcohol, tobacco and other substances among pregnant women (for Component B only); 2.1.1.1.3. Increasing the focus of Title V on the social determinants of health and the resolution of barriers impacting the health of the MCH Covered Populations; and 2.1.1.1.4. Improving access to mental health services for children, adolescents and women in the perinatal period.
