The services provided would be laborers needed on short notice and the number of laborers and hours would vary based on the needs of the city. Laborers would work under the direction of Dover Parking Bureau staff. The city will provide work tools, but laborers must be dressed for weather, including gloves, and may be dismissed if the parking manager deems them unsuitably protected from the elements. Laborers would be expected to report for assignment within one (1) hour of notification.
