Tanks. All the tanks except the Watson Street Pump Station tank are owned by a propane vendor. This means that a successful vendor may have to install their own tank(s) at the location in order to supply fuel for this contract. The City will provide the location for the tank(s), but the successful vendor will be entirely responsible for the installation and maintenance of the tank(s) during the contract period at no extra charge to the City. Running out of Fuel – If service is required due to running out of propane under the automatic fill or as a result of failure to respond to a call, the vendor shall be responsible for all costs associated with getting the system back up and running properly. Delivery Statements. The Contractor shall submit to the City’s Finance Office (168 Main Street) and the School's business office (183 Hillside Ave.) copies of all delivery statements within ten days of each delivery. The statements must include the date of delivery, location, and amount of each delivery. This is in addition to any delivery statements left at individual delivery locations. The vendor shall also submit to these offices a monthly summary delivery statement which includes all deliveries made in the preceding month with the same information.
