▪ 1) Keep it as is with minimal upgrades and improvements. Minimally, these would include, but not be limited to ensuring code compliance, bathrooms, additional lobby space, concession space, back of the house space, an independent HVAC system and any other required items as specified by the Keefe Auditorium Commission; ▪ 2) Upgrade it sufficiently to host traveling companies of performers; ▪ 3) Keep only the façade and construct a new theater capable of hosting traveling companies of performers. o The architect will develop a sufficient level of design to establish an estimated probable cost for a conceptual project budget. o Provide renderings of one or more possible exterior designs for the new lobby/entrance. o No public engagement is expected to be undertaken. This project will be undertaken through the direction of the Keefe Auditorium Commission. o Deliverable a technical memo providing recommendations / renderings
