The Town may require from time to time an additional test(s) from those listed above. The awarded facility shall provide those tests at the same price as submitted on the bid proposal for each test parameter. PFAS: It is anticipated that the Town will be required to test 40 PFAS analytes when a new permit is issued. Testing will conducted using Method 1633 on influent, effluent, and solids on a quarterly basis. VI. REPORTING 1. All analyses shall be performed by approved methods listed in the current 40 CFR Part 136, as amended, for the duration of the contract or an approved method. 2. All analytes must be accredited under NELAP. 3. The laboratory shall provide a list of all reporting limits for all analyses and analytes. 4. Final Laboratory reports will provide the following documentation pertaining to the requested analytes: a. Copy of the Chain of Custody submitted with samples containing the following information supplied by the Town. Person performing the sampling Sampling date Time and location Sample type Analysis requested Matrix Sample ID Number as appears on Chain of Custody Test method used for the analysis and reporting limits for that method Person performing analysis Date and time of analysis Date and time sample was received Results with units Any qualifiers or flags b. Completed reports shall be reported to the Town within ten (10) working days. Electronic reports are acceptable. c. Lab shall submit monthly invoices to the Town for payment of services. No invoice will be paid for analysis results that are pending or not received. d.
