29.1. Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform lock replacement services at 21 South Fruit Street in Concord, NH as described herein. 29.2. Preparation: 29.2.1. Review the provided floor plans and appendix listing the offices and lockset styles. 29.2.2. Conduct a site visit to verify existing conditions and measurements. 29.2.3. Coordinate with building management to schedule work to minimize disruption. 29.3. Lockset Replacement: 29.3.1. Cylindrical Locksets: 29.3.1.1. Replace six (6) cylindrical style lever handled, non-lockable inside, with keyway lockable outside locksets with commercial grade cylindrical stainless steel Schlage push button inside locking and coreless keyway outside locking lever handled locksets. 29.3.2. Mortise Locksets: 29.3.2.1. Replace twenty (20) mortise style lever handled non-lockable inside, with keyway outside locksets with thumb turn inside locking and coreless keyway outside locking lever handled locksets. 29.3.2.2. Replace three (3) mortise style lever handled non-locking locksets with lever handled push button inside and coreless keyway locking outside locksets. If push button inside locking is not feasible, modify the door to accommodate a standard mortise style thumb turn inside locking and coreless keyway outside locking lever handled lockset. 29.3.2.3. Key schedule to be determined by State of NH Plant & Property. 29.3.3. Installation: 29.3.3.1. Remove existing locksets and prepare doors for new locksets. 29.3.3.2. Install new locksets according to manufacturer specifications. 29.3.3.3. Ensure all locksets are functioning properly and securely. 29.3.4. Quality Assurance: 29.3.4.1. Test all installed locksets to ensure proper operation. 29.3.4.2. Address any issues or adjustments needed to ensure all locksets meet the required standards.
