Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCOPE OF SERVICESServices will include and necessitate extensive experience in the following areas:A. Collective Bargaining and Union Relations: Advising and assisting theCommissioners, Human Resources Director, Sheriff and Corrections Superintendentregarding New Hampshire public employee labor laws; appearing before the PublicEmployee Labor Relations Board; advising and assisting the County in collectivebargaining with County employees; serving as the County s representative inmediation and fact finding, if either or both become necessary in negotiations withlabor unions; and serving as the County s representative at arbitration.B. Regulatory Compliance: advising the County on compliance with all state and federalemployee labor laws.C. Human Resources: advising the Commissioners and Human Resources Departmentabout employee-related issues including benefits, leave policies, personnel policiesand practices
