Specifications include, but are not limited to: This request for proposals (RFP) is issued by the New Hampshire Judicial Branch (NHJB) through the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) to solicit proposals to provide the NHJB with a Job Classification and Compensation Study (“Compensation Study”) that reviews the job classifications and salary structure for all NHJB non-judicial employees. The Compensation Study should determine whether non-judicial employees are compensated appropriately relative to market rates and industry standards for positions as compared to: (i) other public employees in New Hampshire; (ii) similar positions and employees in other similarly sized and structured northern New England court systems; and (iii) where applicable, employees in private industry.
