1. Bidder must provide inmate telephones, video visitation kiosks and 1:1 dedicated assigned inmate tablets. 2. Bidder must provide a minimum of two (2) fixed resident telephones per unit. 3. Bidder must provide a minimum of forthy- three (43) kiosks to accommodate electronic video visitation, law library, commissary/inmate accounts platform and electronic inmate request/communication system where tablets are not accessible or equipped for private visitation. 4. Bidder must provide dedicated tablets to accommodate 1:1 ratio (approximately 365 ADP). 5. Bidder must provide a minimum of eighteen (18) designated incoming, non-recording landlines for attorney call-ins. 6. Bidder must provide thirty-two (32) non-contact visitation handsets at the Hillsborough County DOC in existing visitation rooms.
