The proposed solution must allow for the efficient management of cases and incidents specific to the responsibilities of the Department of Safety Professional Standards and Compliance Units including but not limited to the Division of State Police and the Division of Fire Safety. This will include the ability to capture specific types and forms of data including case number, case timeline, nature of complaints, involved parties as well as other data specified in the requirements. The solution must be able to allow for the submission of all pertinent reporting documentation as well as any collateral documentation (i.e. photographs, PDFs, videos, etc.). Additionally, the solution shall aid the New Hampshire Department of Safety and associated Divisions in attaining and maintaining CALEA and/or the NH Law Enforcement Accreditation certification and should come equipped with canned reporting capabilities.
