The Dover Wastewater Treatment Facility has two buildings suitable for rooftop solar installation. A Compost Building and the Catch Basin Cleaning Building. The selected contractor will be responsible for the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of the solar PV system including: • Site assessment and roof evaluation • Necessary roof repairs and structural supports • System design and configuration • Installation of solar panels, inverters, and all related equipment • Connection to the existing electrical grid/system or approval for zero export option • Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations • Obtaining all necessary permits and approvals • Post-installation testing and system performance verification
