The DOS requires a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) software system and associated online services for the NH DMV to provide motor carrier services under the International Registration Plan (IRP) as maintained by IRP Inc and the International Fuel Tax Agreement as maintained by the International Fuel Tax Association Inc (IFTA). That includes all aspects of auditing of the motor carriers per the Audit Procedure Manual (APM) as maintained by IRP Inc and the Audit Manual as maintained by IFTA Inc. The Vendor will be responsible for all aspects of the Project, to include: Successful Implementation of the IRP/IFTA Motor Carrier Service system, including the online customer portal Migration of existing data from current IRP/IFTA Motor Carrier Service system Communication and migration plan for existing IRP/IFTA Motor Carrier Service users Ongoing support and maintenance for the Motor Carrier Service System and its associated interfaces Project Management, Testing, Training and other activities as outlined in this RFP
