Options: 1. Replace broken 4 ton AC condenser with another AC only unit 2. Replace AC units and inside air handlers, with new hybrid heat pump units leaving furnace/ oil intact. 3. Replace both AC units 3 and 4 ton and furnace/boiler, as well as air handlers with cold climate heat pump system + electric resistance as backup. • Provide cost and suggested budget for the HVAC systems for the site to be replaced within the year. (Original installation of unit was 2016) • Provide cost and suggested budget for the HVAC systems • Provide direct replacement costs of HVAC equipment serving the town hall and the police department. o Consider code compliant direct replacements as the base designs for pricing with the following add alternative scenarios: ■ High efficiency models with minimum Energy Efficiency Ratios (EER) to qualify for participation in Unitil's NHSaves incentive program. ■ Heat Pump technology serving air conditioning loads of the buildings at a minimum. ■ To be compatible with newly installed Solar on Town Hall Roof. Note: some ductwork changes should be recommended within the PD area to accommodate a larger air filter to improve air quality in the area. • Provide life cycle cost analysis for each system that is quoted for replacement. During the course of the work, recommend best practices for achieving energy efficiency in the spirit of the scope of services sought above. Selected firm may be asked to consult in a public meeting. • Provide warranty information for all replacements quoted.
