New Exterior Doors: - Remove and dispose of existing doors. - Supply and install new, secure, insulated exterior doors. - Ensure all hardware (locks, handles, hinges) are included and installed. - Ensure Hardware is compliant with the City’s BEST lock system. 3. Patching and Repair: - Identify and patch all visible holes in the building envelope. - Finish repairs to blend with existing structure and materials. - Paint all repaired wall areas (interior and exterior, as applicable) to match existing finishes for a uniform appearance. 4. Roof Construction: - Design and build a small roof to cover and protect the condenser unit. - Ensure the structure is properly flashed, sealed, and matches existing roof aesthetics. - Assess existing flat rock roof for deficiencies, make repairs where needed.
