Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform General Carpentry Services as described herein but not limited to the following: 27.1.1. Demolition of gypsum wall board, plaster, metal, masonry and wood wall systems 27.1.2. Demolition, repair or replacement of flooring and subflooring systems 27.1.3. Carpentry related to commercial construction of walls, doors, windows and ceilings 27.1.4. Patching, caulking, priming and painting or staining of renovated areas 27.1.5. Installing ceramic and other tiles 27.1.6. Demolition, repair or replacement of ceilings 27.1.7. Demolition, repair or replacement of suspended acoustical tile ceilings 27.1.8. Demolition, repair, fabrication, installation or replacement of cabinetry 27.1.9. General millwork 27.1.10. Installation and removal of temporary enclosures comprised of materials rated for the purpose 27.1.11. Protection of flooring and countertop surfaces with Builder Board, Ram Board or equivalent 27.1.12. Demolition, repair, or replacement of external building components (i.e. siding, roofing, etc.)
