The Vendor will propose a compliment of certified psychologists and/or psychiatrists based on the trend in services provide within this request for proposal with a preference for full-time equivalents with enough forensic competency evaluators to meet case needs (e.g., in the case of evaluations ordered pursuant to RSA 135:17, I (a) forty-five (45) days, ninety (90) days and in other cases, in accord with the reasonable needs of the case), to balance the historical no-show rate of persons order to be evaluated and to provide for professional in court testimony. The services are expected to be continued at required rates without interruption during any transition of the services to an alternative State administrator other than NHDOC.
