Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sewer line south side of building at loading dock: -Cut pavement between loading dock and existing sewer manhole and remove. -Remove existing abandoned septic tank. -Replace existing sewer line from loading dock to existing sewer manhole with new 6" SDR 35 Pipe. -Backfill, compact, and replace gravels as needed. -Replace asphalt pavement with a 2" binder and a 1" wearing course. Sewer line and manhole east side of building: -Remove wood floor and framing inside building adjacent to restroom. -Remove concrete floor in areas to be trenched. -Starting at existing clean-out, excavate as needed to install a new 6" SDR 35 Sewer line. Piping and hookup to clean-out by others. -Core new hole in foundation wall to accept sewer ping.
