1) INSTALLATION OF CONCRETE FUELING PAD AND TANK SUPPORT FOOTINGS Install 8-inch thick reinforced concrete tank pad (20 feet by 36 feet), with PLB grooves. Install reinforced concrete tank support footings, including excavation for footings. Install 8-inch thick reinforced concrete fill-port support pad. Install bollards in 15-inch diameter forms filled with concrete. Refer to AST Design Plans for complete listing of concrete pad and support requirements. 2) INSTALLATION OF ABOVEGROUND STORAGE TANK AND DISPENSER SYSTEM AND COMPONENTS Furnish and install new diesel fuel dispenser and break-away fill hose and nozzle (Wayne, Reliance, or equivalent) and dispenser pedestal sump (Morrison 434 or equivalent) in compliance with NFPA30A – Chapter 6. Bid Alternative 1 is to install an existing Wayne Reliance suction dispenser and pedestal sump owned by the City in-lieu of purchasing a new dispenser and pedestal sump. Furnish and install new 5,000-gallon AST, 8-foot diameter by 13.3 feet long, horizontal, double wall, Highland “Fireguard” UL-142/2085 protected tank. Tank shall be painted or coated in accordance with Env-Or 305.06(c).
